Dr. Hopkins earned his medical degree at the University of Toronto in 1974 and has practised in Ontario ever since. He provides comprehensive family medicine, from routine check-ups and prescription renewals to managing long-term health conditions and coordinating referrals to specialists.

Assessment and treatment of new illnesses and injuries, with referrals to specialists and testing when needed.

Prescription renewals
Ask your pharmacy to fax a renewal request to 416-485-3232, or mention it at your next visit. Please allow a few business days.
Bring your health card
Please bring a valid Ontario health card (OHIP) to every visit, along with a list of your current medications.
